The staff were helpful and efficient. they quickly provided directions and local information. the hotel's location is convenient. It is close to the train station and many attractions. the large bedroom included a double bed and useful desk. the shower was effective and the television offered many channels.
i noticed a small untidy appearance in one area, but it was minor.

I arrived late and the check-in process was efficient. The breakfast at the other building had amazing views for dining. I needed to do some work. The office support was first class. It was an annexe to the main hotel building.
The first night, I received a prank call before 4 am. The caller claimed it was an emergency, then admitted it was a joke and they had the wrong room. Someone hammered on doors outside, just before another wrong wake-up call at 5 am..

The location proved convenient, especially with the central station just steps away. It made getting around so easy. my room was very clean upon arrival, and i especially appreciated the upgrade i received! the hotel's proximity to the city center was also a major plus, only six minutes away.
The check-in process at the radisson blu took an excessively long time. This added unnecessary stress after a long journey. two receptionists managed a lengthy line, and their demeanor seemed somewhat impolite. a warmer welcome would have been appreciated.

the room was functional. it was also clean! i liked the fantastic location. breakfast required a walk to another building, but the proximity to the train station was great.
The room had no facilities, everything was in the sister hotel across the road. that's not ideal! one of the towels had a used plaster stuck to it. That was really unpleasant.
